rent includes room/heat/water/power/access to hdpvr/cable/wireless internet/washer/dryer/balcony/dishwasher Your bedroom has direct access to balcony that can lead into the common area as well.
Cable/internet is also set up in bedroom.
I don\'t ask for any DD, only $50 for key that you will get back if/when you ever move out. (if the key ever goes missing or stolen that\'s how much it is to replace the key from the condo board)
No smoking inside building but welcome to on balcony.
Must be ok with cats
15 min bus ride to the University/West Edmonton Mall/Southgate Mall
Lots of parking on quiet street.
Just off the Whitemud and 53ave exit
Walking distance to the river and stores.
Its a very safe and quiet neighborhood.
